CranioSacral Therapy (CST) is a form of bodywork that utilizes gentle touch to palpate the synarthrodial joints of the cranium. CranioSacral Therapy applies light touches to your head, neck, spine and pelvis. This palpation is believed to regulate the flow of cerebrospinal fluid and help in “primary respiration”.
CranioSacral Therapy is known to relieve compression in the head, neck, and back. It can soothe pain and release both emotional and physical stress and tension. It’s also thought to help restore cranial mobility and ease or release restrictions of the head, neck, and nerves.
"I was diagnosed with Bell’s Palsy and was recommended to try Cranial-sacral Therapy. I booked a series of treatments with Caitlin. In just one month, my face was back to normal. Caitlin’s careful intervention, with much attention to detail, focusing on my facial nerves, was so instrumental to speeding my healing process. Caitlin is a true healer and highly knowledgeable of her practice"

CranioSacral Therapy is a gentle, hands-on approach that releases tensions deep in the body to relieve pain and dysfunction and improve whole-body health and performance. Using a soft touch which is generally no greater than 5 grams, practitioners release restrictions in the soft tissues that surround the central nervous system. It is increasingly used as a preventive health measure for its ability to bolster resistance to disease, and it’s effective for a wide range of medical problems associated with pain and dysfunction.
